Finch have been trading in Reading for 50 years, in that time we’ve seen a lot of changes happen as we’ve grown into one of the top 50 brokers in the UK with 11 offices across the South, and 150 members of staff. Recently, one of the more significant changes we’ve seen is our latest rebrand to align more clearly with Ethos Broking.

Why the rebrand?

When we joined Ethos Broking in 2016, this enabled us to better help our customers through the power of collective strength. With this, we also have access to market-leading exclusive products, policy wordings and facilities while remaining independent and accessible within the market.

As part of this wider group of likeminded Regional Brokers, we decided that it was time to update our branding to fit across the wider Ethos Broking group, demonstrating that we stand together as one.

At Finch, we are hugely proud of our independence and our people, but equally, we are proud to be part of a community that embodies the same values and culture as our own. The power of the Ethos brand is unparalleled and it’s important to us that our branding reflects that we stand as part of this wider collective.

What’s new?

As well as updating our logo to incorporate Ethos Broking, other elements of our branding have been refined to ensure we’re communicating in a way that’s consistent with our community. The changes that we have made will be applied across all our printed and digital marketing, with a keen emphasis on keeping the brand true to what makes Finch stand out in the market.

How this affects our clients

This move is reflective of positive changes that have been happening within Finch over the last 12 months and will have no impact on the service that our clients are currently receiving, or on our current relationships with our Insurer Partners.
