We are pleased to announce the recent purchase of the commercial and private client insurance portfolio of Atwoods, an independent financial advisers and insurance brokers based in Great Bookham, Surrey.
The acquisition, which completed during April, allows us to further extend our geographical reach across the South and will add around £1 million to our annual Gross Written Premium.
The commercial portfolio will be handled by our Basingstoke office, lead by Ryan Houston, with the high net worth private clients moving to our Woodley offices, to be handled by the Private Clients team headed by Graham Ash.
The directors of Atwoods will continue to concentrate on their financial services division and will be on hand to ensure a smooth transition of insurance clients to Finch Group.
